1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Conditions for Refunds

  • Refunds are issued for the cost of the returned item(s) minus any shipping fees, if applicable.
  • Any items that are damaged, soiled, altered, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping applicable on exchanges as well. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item(s). We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
